sliepie Training Sync

Your run2forty2 running workouts on your Garmin device, after you have reviewed every step.

In development and not yet publicly available. It is an independent service. It is not a Garmin or run2forty2 product, and it is not approved or endorsed by either company.

What it does

sliepie Training Sync reads the planned workouts in your run2forty2 training account. It converts a selected running workout into a structured Garmin workout. You then review the converted steps and the calendar day. After your approval, it publishes the workout and its schedule to Garmin Connect™ through the official Garmin Training API.

Completed activities return through the official Garmin Activity API. The service keeps the original FIT file so it can show your activities privately and resume processing after an interruption.

Workouts come from the run2forty2 training API. You review and approve each one in Training Sync. Training Sync publishes it to Garmin Connect. Completed activities and FIT files return from Garmin.

You stay in control

  1. Connect your run2forty2 training account and confirm your training email separately.

  2. Connect Garmin on Garmin’s own authorisation page and choose what you share. Your Garmin password is never entered on this service.

  3. Review the source instructions, the converted running steps, the calendar day and each Garmin heart-rate zone.

  4. Give explicit consent and approve each concrete workout. No workout is sent to Garmin without this approval.

How data is handled

  • Conversion is deterministic and follows fixed rules. Your information is not processed by AI services or used to train, evaluate or improve AI models.
  • Your information is not sold or used for advertising.
  • Recipients are only the run2forty2 sign-in and training services and Garmin, each for the connection you choose. No activity feedback is sent to run2forty2.
  • Disconnect or remove your account at any time. Request a copy of your data by email. There is no self-service export.
